Below you’ll find details about our order processing and shipping procedures.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
By default, we ship orders via:
- USPS Ground
- UPS Ground
Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and logistics efficiency.
Ground shipping delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping Options
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Customers may select faster delivery methods for an additional cost. Expedited orders will still require our standard 2–3 business day processing time unless otherwise stated.
Shipping rates for expedited options are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state and federal regulations, we only ship to locations where our products are legally permitted.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes where carrier restrictions apply, or to states or jurisdictions where THC products are prohibited.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that THC products are legal in their shipping destination before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional support is needed, our team is happy to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.
Age & Signature Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our products. Certain shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery, depending on destination laws and carrier requirements.
