Damaged or Defective Products

- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement product at no cost to you.
Quality Concerns
If you believe the product you received is sub-par or does not meet our stated quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request additional information or photos to better understand the issue.
Approved claims will receive a one-time replacement of the same product (or equivalent product if the original is unavailable).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable nature of our THC beverages and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards:
- We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
- We do not offer refunds for products based on personal taste preference.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Replacement Limitations

Shipping Costs
